1. What the PIT actually is
The PIT is automated PvE combat: it runs 10-second fights on a loop using the chicken you queue, with no active input required. It unlocks after your first chicken and is the game's primary source of Cash and egg farming — your roster keeps earning while you hatch, fuse or climb the TOWER.
2. Win-streak multipliers compound
Every consecutive PIT win raises a streak multiplier, and the payoff compounds as the streak grows. That means the same fight is worth dramatically more on a long streak than on a fresh one. The practical rule: protect the streak. A clean run of wins out-earns repeated stop-start grinding by a wide margin, so the fighters you send to the PIT should be strong enough to win reliably — see the best fighting breeds and best combat skills for units that hold the line.
3. The tap-out rule (stamina preservation)
Fights you can't win cleanly still cost you. The community rule of thumb is to tap out when HP drops below 30% before the halfway point of the fight. Tapping out early preserves your chicken's stamina and, just as importantly, avoids the loss cooldown that a full defeat triggers. A stalled streak from a needless loss is worse than a controlled exit — pull the bird, recover, and re-queue rather than eating the penalty.
4. When to skip a fight
The PIT also offers a cash skip that costs Cash to bypass the current matchup. The standard guidance is to skip when the streak multiplier is below 2.0 — at that point the payout isn't worth the streak risk, and spending a little Cash to reset into a better matchup protects your multiplier. Treat the skip as a streak-insurance tool, not a panic button.
5. PIT vs TOWER — how they fit together
The PIT and the TOWER are two sides of the same combat system. The PIT is your always-on farm; the TOWER is the vertical floor climb that unlocks after your first Rebirth and pays out boss drops and a coin bonus. A few reference points the community tracks:
- Floor 30 is the Level 40 checkpoint — a major stopping-and-upgrade band on the climb.
- The first-cycle Rebirth gate sits at Floor 25, so you reach it before the Level 40 checkpoint.
- The Elevator lets you skip already-cleared Tower floors for a cost; the Elevator VIP gamepass halves that cost permanently.
The loop is simple: run the PIT for steady Cash, spend it on attack and fusion fuel via the fusion route, then push the TOWER harder after each Rebirth. Boss floors also drop rewards you can cross-reference on the boss database.
Streak-first farming rule.
Keep one genuinely strong fighter dedicated to the PIT. A bird that wins every 10-second round compounds your multiplier and out-farms a rotated bench of weaker birds — then reinvest the Cash into the next TOWER push.

Specific thresholds (the 30% HP tap-out, the 2.0× skip line, Floor 25/30 progression) are community-reported and can shift with game updates. Treat them as strong rules of thumb, not fixed constants — always confirm against the live build.
