1. Feeder pace wins the climb
Your fighters need a stocked feeder to keep eating and growing through floors. Under-invested feeders stall climbs that your roster could otherwise clear. Keep feeder upgrades roughly in line with your best fighter.
2. Match strength to the floor
Don't send a common bird at a boss-heavy floor. Check the floor threshold and send a fighter from the top tiers for that band. A well-placed S-tier fighter clears floors a mid-tier struggles on.
3. Know when to stop
Every climb hits a floor where clear times double. That's your signal: bank your earnings, upgrade attack or fuse stronger donor traits, and start the next run from the floor checkpoint.
4. Reinvest every tower win
Tower clear rewards are best spent immediately. Put half into attack upgrades and save the rest for egg pools that feed your fusion route.
5. Boss floors
Boss floors punish weak rosters and reward strong ones. Send your single best fighter, let the feeder top it up, and stop immediately if the boss outpaces your regen. Rebuild, then retry.
6. Reading a floor before you enter
A tower run should be a test, not a gamble. Before you commit, check three things: whether your fighter is comfortably above the floor's needs, whether a boost is active, and whether the feeder can keep it topped up through the fight. If any of the three is a no, fix it first — retrying a fight you are not ready for teaches you nothing and costs the same time as an upgrade.
7. Escalating difficulty, escalating prep
Tower floors scale faster than a single upgrade can match, which is why climbing well is a rhythm rather than a grind. Early floors fall to any coordinated roster; mid floors reward concentrating your investment into one carry; and the deepest floors expect a fused, trait-locked fighter with a rebirth multiplier behind it. Recognising which band you are in tells you what to fix next — and stops you pouring resources into the wrong fix.
8. The loop that never stalls
Climb until the pace drops, stop, reinvest, and reset when the permanent bonus beats the wall. That loop is the whole game in miniature. The players who progress fastest are not the ones who push hardest on a single run — they are the ones who stop on time, upgrade on purpose, and let rebirth carry the momentum forward.
9. Common tower mistakes
- Spreading upgrades across the roster. One strong carry beats six average birds on a boss floor.
- Climbing without a boost. A free code boost is often the difference between a clear and a wall.
- Grinding a stalled floor. When clears slow, bank the rewards and upgrade — do not keep throwing time at the same fight.
Roster-check rule.
Before every serious climb, verify your fighter's tier on the tier list. Sending an outdated bird wastes a whole run.
