Why it matters
Update 2 (Aug 23, 2026) changed the end-game with the Ascension Egg, a chicken arena and rebirth milestones. The Ascension Egg is the only route to the S-tier Eclipse Hen and the other four new chickens. See how it fits into the full egg list.
Hatch rates & pool
The pool is small and the odds are fully documented by the community — no mystery tier here:
| Chicken | Hatch rate | Tier |
|---|---|---|
| Eclipse Hen | 1% | S |
| Seraph Rooster | 5% | A |
| Oracle Chick | 12% | A |
| Halo Hen | 27% | B |
| Skycrest Rooster | 55% | B |
How to get Ascension Eggs
The Ascension Egg is the end-game egg introduced in Update 2. It comes from the Chicken Arena and rebirth milestones: Master V arena rank pays 1 egg, Grandmaster I pays 3, and milestone tiers at 10, 100 and 250 rebirths each pay 1 guaranteed egg (community-reported). Track your egg budget in the calculator so the hunt never stalls your feeders.

Open it like an end-game player
With a 1% top prize, expect a long grind. The mid-tier pulls — Seraph Rooster (5%) and Oracle Chick (12%) — are the real early value; keep the first Seraph you hatch. Never fuse a rare new chicken before previewing its special — a locked-in special you don't want can sink a late-game build.
Common questions
Is Ascension Egg better than Void or Blazing? It's a different tier of chase — the new end-game pool with known odds. Void and Blazing still hold proven best-in-meta units, while the Ascension pool is where the Update 2 meta is being built. Compare them on the egg tier list.
Is the Eclipse Hen really 1%? That's the community-transcribed figure from Update 2 tier-list coverage — the rarest pull in the pool, five times rarer than the 5% Seraph Rooster.

Spending Ascension Eggs wisely
Because the top prize is a 1% pull, the discipline that matters is how you treat everything below it. The 5% Seraph and 12% Oracle are not consolation prizes — they are the reason a normal player still gets real value from the pool, so protect the first copy of each and level it rather than folding it into fusion on impulse. Keep the 27% and 55% results flagged for mutation before writing them off as duplicates, and preview every special before locking anything in. Treated that way, the pool pays out steadily while you wait for the Eclipse Hen, instead of being a lottery you only enjoy once.
